Very nice. We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped here for the night while traveling. It would be great for a longer stay, with dishes, a range, a dishwasher, etc. in the room. The beds were extremely soft (too soft for my preference, but definitely luxurious). In comparison to other long term hotels (ahem, Extended Stay), this place is miles above.
The room was in nice shape and didn’t seem outdated at all. The hot water was scarce. The TV was mounted in a corner which was a great idea.
The hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.
The hotel was as expected for CT, clean and a bit older but nice. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Location is great, close to the stadium but also 15 min walk from shops and restaurants.
Nice hotel, location could be made more civil as there is zero curb appeal. The room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator and the air conditioner were quite noisy. The hotel workers were helpful and friendly. Overall, beat my expectations.
it's a little sketchy in the back parking lot but overall we had a great time. close to the yard goats field. a bit of a walk to the restaurants but nothing we couldnt handle. over night staff was extremely polite.
My boyfriend and I had to do a last minute booking of this hotel for CTcon because the original hotel caught fire and closed. We were pleasantly surprised as the check in and check out process was very quick. When we checked in the person at the desk called the housekeeping staff to make sure our room was clean and ready for us. When we went into the room we could tell it had just been cleaned and restocked as the floors were still wet from being mopped. The bed was very comfortable and the showerhead was great. We also were able to see my boyfriend's car out our window. It's on the outskirts of Hartford so just make sure you are careful. Don't walk around by yourself and make sure your car is properly locked and protected.
